March 2012 Newsletter

Dear Friends,
February 29th was leap day, making this a Leap year. I tell you it is time to leap for joy at the promises of God.  He has promised the desert will blossom.  He has promised regained composure to the weak-kneed and trembling knees.  He has promised sweet perfume and a reason to sing!
It is time to take a giant leap out of the pit of current circumstances. It is time to take a giant leap of Faith into the realm of belief.  He still can walk upon water, and ride upon the clouds. He knows the storms of your life, and has already said, “Be of Good Cheer.”  He is master of the seas, Lord over every storm, and the Bishop of our souls!  He has promised to never leave us n forsake us.
Isaiah 35:1-6  1 Even the wilderness will rejoice in those days. The desert will blossom with flowers. 2 Yes, there will be an abundance of flowers and singing and joy! The deserts will become as green as the mountains of Lebanon, as lovely as Mount Carmel's pastures and the plain of Sharon. There the LORD will display his glory, the splendor of our God. 3 With this news, strengthen those who have tired hands, and encourage those who have weak knees. 4 Say to those who are afraid, "Be strong, and do not fear, for your God is coming to destroy your enemies. He is coming to save you." 5 And when he comes, he will open the eyes of the blind and unstop the ears of the deaf. 6 The lame will leap like a deer, and those who cannot speak will shout and sing! Springs will gush forth in the wilderness, and streams will water the desert.
Isaiah 35:6  Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.
Luke 1:41  And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost: Luke 1:44  For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.
Song 2:8  The voice of my beloved! behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills.
Even as John the Baptist heard the voice of Mary who, then being pregnant and carrying Jesus in her womb, leaped for joy, so too we need to listen for the voice of the Beloved.  He will come leaping upon the mountains of your circumstances, and skipping upon the hills. The ups and downs of this world system, do not stop Him, or steal His joy, nor His Power to deliver!  So, receive Him today. Hear His voice for yourself.  He comes, speaking Life, Hope and restoration. He comes to correct, direct and heal.  The enemy comes to only to steal, kill and destroy.
Let Faith Arise, let Hope Leap up, Let Vision be Restored to see a future of good for you. It is what He promised in Jeremiah 29:11. It is what we preach all over the world.  Knowing God and His plans for you- knowing they are good. Demonstrating His goodness in word and deed as we partner with 4 precious men of God to touch people for the Kingdom.
In India, Pastor Titus held his first crusade of the year and over 100 people got saved and filled out decision cards for follow up!  Also, he held a youth rally and it went extremely well with many being touched. March 5th another Pastor’s meeting is planned and on March 11th another youth meeting is scheduled.  As funds come in, we will hold additional crusades as well.  Our heart is to hold a crusade every month. $630.00 will allow this young Fireball for the Lord to hold 1 crusade and to travel to 1 new city and start an additional pastor’s fellowship in new territory.  If we all pitch in and give, all of our “bits and pieces” add up to one beautiful picture of salvation going forth!
In Uganda, Pastor Benjamin is working diligently to present the Gospel in rural areas. Many people are bound by witchcraft, tribalism and ignorance.  He goes at least once a month somewhere and holds a week long crusade.  Often it is hard ploughing but the light IS penetrating the darkness, as you can read for your self in this latest letter:
About the Crusade:  Mama over 100 people came to the Lord.  Many people were healed of diverse sicknesses like chronic pains, fever, epilepsy and tumors. Demons were cast [out] and God set free His people.
He continued telling me about the NEW BRANCH CHURCH they are building!  It is near Jinja. Here is that update:
We are all fine. I am sending pictures of the Church work so far. We had a wonderful time there, and we believe the work will be done in 2 months time as the Lord provides.  The pastor is called Enock. He came to the Lord about 4 years ago. He was a bad guy before Jesus came in, he would break into people's houses. One day he was beaten almost to death and he got saved later when he came to our church.  He is doing so well.
Pastor Ben also sent me lots of pictures, which I have grouped into 2 collages for you to keep and pray over.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I did getting them and creating the collages for you.
The third Man of God is Rev. Olu Omidiran from Ibadan Nigeria. He is steadfast, loyal to the Faith and to me his mentor.  He is beginning a new apostolic work in a village called Onueke. (Pronounced Own new ach ay) Ebonyi State.  It is a very remote. I am also including pictures from him and a write up about it.  He has half the money for this crusade and is believing and trusting for the remaining $650.00 to come in.  Please believe with us and pray.
Lastly, Ola Oceans is planning an Easter Concert, and we need a miracle for the permits and things to fall into place!  Please pray along here too!  Thanks.
All 4 of these are Men of God who have proved themselves in the field and in commitment to the Lord and in relationship of integrity with Heart n Hands. They have maintained communication and transparency with me over the years.  We are blessed and honored to work with them.  And others also not mentioned here today.   And, we Thank You for your trust and partnering with us to reach the nations with the Gospel. Together we are touching the world for Jesus!
Love,
Nancy, Tom and the Board
P.S. Here is a write up about Onueke

A BRIEF HISTORY ABOUT ONUEKE
FROM PASTOR TIM CHIBUIKE LINUS
The name Onueke originated from eke-imoha market, which is known to be the largest local market in the whole of the eastern part of Nigeria. So people living within or around the market environment are known as people living at Onueke. Onueke is made up of about five (5) villages with their market entrances linked to the market. Eke market holds every four days, and it has a shrine at the middle which is been attended to by the elder from the five communities that has their community entrances linked to the market. The name of the shrine is known as enya eke which simply means the eyes of eke. And that is where most of the problems with church and ministers of the gospel in onueke lies. Because the success of every church or minister in onueke is in the ability to conquer the faulty foundation of the area onueke precisely. Really, that was what I discovered five years ago when I came for the ministry and by the grace of God today the entire land respects God in the area through my ministry. Onueke is also the Ansenstoral home of Ezekuna the Ansenstoral father of Ezza nation. The only group of people in the whole of Ebonyi State with twelve tribes and two L.G.A’s Ezza south and north.  Onueke is the urban capital of Ezza nation. And it strategically and geographically located at the centre of the state. But we are the poorest in development, politically and religiously. Though, we are the strength and the most populated in the State. Because we are slaves to others. But I strongly believe that the season for our open doors has come both religiously and politically through this forth coming crusade. In Jesus name Amen.
I am your son
Pastor Tim Chibuike Linus
